Without fanfare, yet imbued with purpose, the vehicle represents VAS’s heartfelt support for the “Rotational Deployment of Specialist Doctors to the Military-Civilian Medical Center of Con Dao,” a program initiated by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health.
