As the forefront of innovation, Nghi Son Port Logistics Area is the only cutting–edge and distinctive scrap washing area in Vietnam dedicated to processing recycled steel materials. To mitigate environmental impact, the area is equipped with advanced measures such as a filtering mist system, extensive tree planting, and multiple layers of dust protection nets. Wastewater undergoes rigorous treatment and recycling through a closely monitored system, with daily data reports submitted to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

This certification requires businesses to complete a series of stringent tests and transparent disclosure of the environmental impact of their operations throughout the product's life cycle. Notably, with CO2 emissions during production clocking in at under 750 kg, VAS Group stands out as one of only two steel manufacturers in Vietnam to achieve this esteemed certification.
