As a pioneer in implementing the Green Steel strategy, VAS demonstrates its daring leadership with the EPD certification [CO2 emission reduction below 750kg/ton], meeting the standards of modern European factories. VAS is proud to be one of the first two steel plants in Vietnam to receive international EPD recognition.
The investment in the Nghi Son Port Logistics Area, the only modern scrap washing facility in Vietnam, along with world-leading Italian technology, has optimized the VAS Green Steel production process, contributing to environmental protection, resource conservation, and affirming VAS’s capabilities as a leading Green Steel producer in Vietnam.

With continuous efforts on the journey of "Reborn to Create," VAS Group is committed to collecting and recycling scrap iron and steel into high-quality steel products, minimizing natural resource consumption. The production process of environmentally friendly VAS Green Steel products is closely monitored to produce strong, stable, durable, flexible, and high-load-bearing products.
VAS high-quality steel products meet both Vietnamese and international standards: Japan [JIS], the United States [ASTM, SAE, J403], Australia [ACRS], and ISO 14001 environmental standards.
