Starting in 1998 in Binh Duong, VAS Group now owns a system of 05 billet and steel rolling factories in all 3 regions – North, Central and South with an annual capacity of up to 4.35 million tons of steel billet and 2.5 million tons of construction steel.
The Group produces rebar steel and wire rod steel products under the brand name VAS – an enterprise that paves the way in the process of greening heavy industry, pioneering the production of "Green Steel" products. With superior technology, scrap steel is "regenerated" to continuously increase its value, crafted into new "VAS steel products" while to ensure the original flexibility and durability, meeting the strict international standards: JIS [Japan]; ASTM, J403 [USA]; BS4449 [UK] and ISO 14001 environmental certification.
VAS Steel is highly trusted by millions of domestic and foreign customers and partners because of its environmentally friendly benefits thanks to the world's leading modern waste treatment technology combined with the largest–scale induction furnace from Danieli [Italy] applied in recycling iron and steel scrap sources.
The sustainable cycle of VAS steel continuously moves, building constructions that carry continuing value and last over time. The Group received "Top 50 Outstanding Sustainable Development Enterprises 2022", proudly "National Brand 2022", and also maintained the position of "Top 3 largest steel manufacturing enterprises in Vietnam". Recently in July 2023, VAS was honored to register "Top 10 Famous Vietnamese Brands 2023" and "Top 10 Innovative and Effective Businesses 2023" [Construction materials industry group]. Also, this year, the awards "Brand for the Environment", "Environmentally Friendly Products", "Friendly Green Factory" named VAS with honor – Affirming the stature of a leading "Green Enterprise" steel industry.
